On May 24, 2011 Segment Construction Group celebrated another year in business. Over the past year we have launched a business strategy reaching out to clients in need of commercial general contracting and construction management services. Even in a down economy, we have successfully established relationships with clients in the government and private sectors.
The team at Segment specializes in design, pre-construction, procurement and construction management for commercial project owners and developers. We cater to San Antonio and the surrounding markets, but will travel to serve our client's. We support multiple types and sizes of construction projects; ground up, remodel or additions. We also offer CM at Risk or general contracting services upon Owner request on suitable projects.
Segment specializes in owner advocacy throughout the design, procurement and construction processes. We make sure our owner’s goals are met and that the best value for every construction dollar is realized. We will help ensure that everyone on the project team succeeds and delivers on the promises made at the onset of the project.
